Every engagement starts with a needs analysis and English level diagnostic for each participant. From there we build a curriculum that mixes group workshops, small-group practice, and 1-1 coaching for high-stakes roles. Sessions can run on-site, online, or in a blended format that fits around your team's working hours.
Progress is measured against goals you set with us at the start, and you receive detailed reporting and certification on completion — useful for performance reviews, professional development records, and demonstrating ROI to leadership.
